EUDORA SET UP FOR WINDOWS

Here's how to configure your e-mail program Eudora for Windows.

Exemple configuration for the domain name « exemple.com » and Jean Dupont
who has the e-mail : james@exemple.com

Step 1 : Start the program Eudora after you have logged. A window appear.

Step 2 :Click on "Tools". A pull-down menu appears. Select "Options". A configuration panel appears.

Etape 3 : Click on « Getting Started ».
In Real Name, enter your name or nickname .
In Mail Server (Incoming), enter : mail.exemple.com
In Login Name, enter your login (exemple : james), followed by %exemple.com
In SMTP, introduce the outgoing e-mail address given by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as "STMP Server "(Outgoing). For exemple : relais.videotron.ca for Videotron or relay.skynet.be for Skynet or smtp.votreISP.com for others ISP. Click on « OK  ».

Etape 4 : Click on « Checking Mail ».
In Mail Server (Incoming), enter : mail.exemple.com
In Login Name, enter your login (exemple : james), followed by %exemple.com

Step 5: Click on « Incoming Mail ».
You can set up this part as you wish.
Click on OK.

Now you are ready to use Eudora !
